PIERRE — A Sioux Falls woman was cited by Pierre Police Monday after she crashed in a City of Pierre road grader. Pierre Police Captain Bryan Walz says Emma Forster was driving a 2003 Honda Accord north on South Pawnee Street around seven-am Monday when she slid on ice and through the stop sign at Pawnee and Dakota Avenue. Forster was struck by a City of Pierre road grader driven by Nicholas Neuhauser. Forster’s Honda sustained approximately five-thousand dollars in damage in the crash. There was no reported damage to the grader. Forster complained of shoulder pain at the scene of the crash. She was cited by police for over-driving road conditions.
