Noem is also advocating for over a million dollars for pregnancy and postpartum care for mothers on Medicaid. The Governor also wants to enhance childcare with nearly 40-million dollars in federal grants and Stronger Family Scholarships that would permit up to four-thousand dollars to be used by foster children to attend school.
