PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. The Commission will consider approval of a five-item consent calendar before moving into agenda items. There is one item of unfinished business. Commissioners will consider awarding a bid for the Runway 7-25 project at Pierre Regional Airport and accepting a grant award from the FAA for that project. In new business, Commissioners will consider two change orders. One is for the Airport Road project and the second is for the rubble pit expansion project. The Commission will also consider approval of an engineering addendum for the Highland Avenue repair project and will consider a request to purchase radio equipment for the Police Department. Commissioners will close out the meeting by presenting any dialogue they may have. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 PM.
