PIERRE — The South Dakota Senate took up the only veto so far issued during this year’s legislative session Thursday. Governor Kristi Noem vetoed Senate Bill 76 which would have increased the amount of state lottery winnings that are not subjected to the state checking to see if debts are owed to the state by the winner.
