It’s the first of back-to-back 2B games for the Sully Buttes Chargers this week as they welcome in the Ipswich Tigers on Tuesday night.
The Tigers are 5-2 on the season and are in fourth place in the 2B standings. The Chargers, though, are at 1-4 and are still in sixth place the standings which tells you the level of competition Brian White’s crew has had to play to begin the season. Ipswich has its two best wins over Wall and Langford Area who are both above .500. Langford Area is the Chargers opponent on Saturday at the Pheasant Classic in Redfield.
The Chargers picked up its first win of the season last time out by 17 over Highmore-Harrold. The Chargers are actually in a stretch of three straight 2B games with Miller looming on Thursday.
