The Sully Buttes Charger boys basketball team will be looking for its first win again, as they welcome in the Highmore-Harrold Pirates tonight.
The Chargers were beaten by a good Parkston squad by nine last week Tuesday. The Chargers, at 0-4 have had a tough start to the season with some tough teams as their opponents are a combined 16-6 including an undefeated Winner squad. It’s not easier against the Pirates, a 2B opponent, but it is a team that is struggling right now at 1-3. The Pirates had a tough time against Stanley County’s defense on Tuesday as they were shut out in the second quarter and were dropped 49-28 for its third straight loss. The Chargers are hoping it’s their losing streak snapped tonight in Onida.
