Pierre Post 8 has won 11 of its last 12 South Dakota games heading into Tuesday facing a tough Brandon Valley team for the first time this season.
The recent success of Post 8 against South Dakota opponents has opened up the Eights to be in the top four of the standings and the number three seed currently for Regions with Brandon Valley moving out of the standings. Brandon is the host site for the state tournament so they have automatically qualified for the tournament. Brandon Valley comes in at 10-4 in South Dakota games and 18-8 overall on the season. The Lynx arguably had the most return, including super seniors, heading into the 2021 summer.

Naasz says the team has been hitting the ball well lately, especially this last weekend…
